Chocolate Bomb | चॉकलेट बॉम्ब | Chocolate Recipes | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Enjoyable to have this delightful, crumbly pastry as the cream, chocolate and peanut butter stuffed in it gushes out.



1 cup melted milk chocolate
1 1/2 cups improved flour (maida).
1/4 cup oil + for greasing.
1 tablespoon castor sugar.
1 tsp vanilla essence.
2-3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter.
3/4 cup fresh cream.


1. Take 1/2 cup warm water in a bowl, add improved flour, oil, castor sugar, vanilla essence and mix till well integrated. Knead into the soft dough. Cover the dough with cling wrap and reserve for 10-15 minutes.
2. Take milk chocolate in bowl, include peanut butter, fresh cream and mix well. Keep this in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour.
3. Pre-heat the oven at 200 ° C.
4. Divide dough into equal parts and form each portion into a ball. Grease the worktop with oil.
5. Roll each portion into a disc, include the chocolate mixture in the center, and bring the edges into center and seal it properly. Trim off the excess dough.
6. Flip the stuffed dough and arrange on a lined tray. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
7. Location the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 6-8 minutes.
8. Bring the baking tray out of the oven and place the chocolate bomb on a serving plate and serve.
