Ingredients for Chicken Chilli Recipe:

( Tsp- Teaspoon; Tablespoon- Tablespoon )

– Chicken breast – 400 gms (cut into thin flattish pieces).

For marination:.
– Salt-1/ 2 tsp.
– Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp.
– Egg White-1 egg.
– Cornflour/starch – 1 tbsp.
– Oil -1 tablespoon.

Sauces:.
– Dark Soy sauce-1 tsp.
– Oyster Sauce-2 tbsp.
– Green Chilli Sauce- 1 tsp.
– Water- 2-3 tbsp.

Other Active ingredients::.
– Ginger juliennes: 2 tablespoon (pieces).
– Green chillies, regular- 4 nos (spicy).
– Green chillies, big – 2-3 (less spicy).
– Oil for frying -4 -5 tablespoon.

Preparation:.

– Cut the chicken breast fillets into thin flattish square pieces and marinate with the products specified. Mix and reserved for around 30 minutes.
– Peel and julienne the ginger.
– Also slice the green chillies as shown in the video.

Process:.

– Take a wok and heat oil.
– Now add the marinated chicken pieces and fry on medium to high heat for around 5-6 minutes till cooked and light brown in colour.
– Eliminate the chicken pieces onto a plate and also get rid of most of the oil leaving around 1.5 tbsp oil in the wok.
– Now include back the fried chicken pieces.
– Give a stir and then add the sauces and around 3 tablespoon water.
– Mix and after that stir fry on high heat for around 2-3 mins till the sauce coats the pieces and the pieces are browned.
– Lastly include the julienned ginger and green chillies, mix and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
– Serve hot as an appetizer.
