Active Ingredients for Cheese Chicken Tawa Dish:

( Tsp-Teaspoon; Tbsp-Tablespoon).

– Boneless Chicken Thigh – 500 gms (cut into one inch pieces).

For Marination:.
– Turmeric powder -pinch.
– Cumin powder-1/ 2 tsp.
– Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp.
– Coriander powder- 1.25 tsp.
– Garam masala powder -1/ 2 tsp.
– Salt-3/ 4 tsp.
– Ginger garlic paste -2 tsp.
– Green chillies crushed -4 chillies -10 gms -1 tsp.
– Lemon juice -1 tsp.
– Whisked curd/yogurt -4 tablespoon.
– Fresh cream – 3 tbsp.

Other Active ingredients:.
– Oil-1 tablespoon.
– Butter- 50 gms.
– Finely chopped coriander leaves for garnish -2 tbsp.
– Mozzarella cheese grated -40 -50 gms.

Preparation:.

– Cut the thigh boneless pieces into 1 inch pieces and keep in a bowl.
– Include all the items for the marinade and mix it well.
– Marinate with the items specified and reserved for 1-2 hrs in the fridge.
– Fine chop the coriander leaves. Grate the mozzarella cheese or utilize grated ones.

Process:.

– Heat a pan and add the oil and butter.
– Now put the marinaded chicken flat on the pan and cook on medium to high heat for around 10 mins stirring every 3-4 minutes.
– Once the oil separates, offer a mix and cook on low heat for around 5 minutes till the chicken is little browned.
– Now sprinkle the chopped coriander leaves and grated mozzarella cheese and cover with a lid.
– Cook on low heat for around 5 mins till the cheese melts.
– Garnish with finely sliced coriander leaves.

  4. I tried your chicken recipe, and it turned out absolutely awesome! The flavors were spot on. However, I felt the amount of butter could be reduced a bit — it ended up floating at the end and made the dish slightly heavy since there was already cream in it.

    I’ve tried many of your recipes, and they’ve all been amazing. I really appreciate how you give exact quantities with weights — it makes following your recipes so easy and foolproof!

    It would be great if you could share recipes using other meats like beef or pork (if it’s not something you cook for religious reasons, I completely understand). Also, lately, I’ve noticed many of your recipes are on the richer side with a lot of cream — would love to see some traditional-style dishes too, like Andhra green chicken or Maharashtrian chicken. And I’ve barely seen any paneer recipes from you — would love to see more of those as well!
