    1. I like Wolfgang Puck. Gordon is very good. But the best? He is famous from his personality . But I won’t diminish the fact he is very good at what he does .

    2. his best advice was to w young sailor: ‘oi crab arse those patties are over burnt, you bloody mongrel’

  1. There’s just so much hate towards me well you brought it on and now deal with it. the good thing is about all of this. Her restaurant closed.

    1. now its back open unfortunately selling crab arse pellets for 18 dollars per head

  2. I really hope these chefs found a wonderful job they don’t deserve working for her

  3. How can she own a word? No one owns a word you own the “name” not the Trademark. This woman did it to herself.

  4. She had a lot of nerve to trademark “hon” since she didn’t invent the word and she used a pink flamingo at her entrance, knowing full well that it’s only a Baltimore icon due to John Waters’ film “Pink Flamingos.”

Public backlash led to her canceling the trademark in 2011 and the restaurant shut down in 2022. Good riddance.

    1. what was she thinking naming the restaurant ‘crab arse’ was obviously a recipe for disaster

  5. This is one of those episodes where you hope the person’s business goes under because they deserve to lose everything.

    1. what about all the people that would lose their job? Why should they suffer as well?

    2. He business was actually thriving after Kitchen Nightmares. She retired in 2022 & closed the restaurant. She also loved by the people & joined parades & parties in Baltimore with her restaurant sponsoring them.

  6. I wish Gordon Ramsey would critique public school cafeteria food. Anyone want to try the delicious “Meatball Stroganoff”? Yeah the dogfood my kids are forced to eat at school.

  7. Everyone in the comments acting like they’ve never made a mistake before and then acknowledged it and worked on it. She heard everyone out, apologized for being in the wrong, vowed to do better. Acting like second chances aren’t ok is weird.

    1. I know right and the fact everyone keeps criticising like.. this episode happened almost more then 10 years ago, people change, but that’s the problem with social media. Once you’re on there, your crucified by people forever

  8. If someone trademarked the word “y’all”, I would never… ever eat there. I mean, really?!

    1. Fr, I know it’s been over 10 years since that episode was made. But the internet doesn’t forget things just because it’s old, there are old memes that are still being brought up. And to be honest? I don’t think we should bury the fact that she tried to trademark “hon”. What about all the words with “hon” in it? Like honey buns? It’s just so weird to think about

  9. Gordon always knows how to bring a place back to life—can’t wait to see how he turns this around!

  10. All she has to do is trademark the full name “cafe hon” instead of hon.
