Moong dal – 2 tbl spoon
Water – 9 cups
Turmeric powder
Brinjal – 2
Capsicum – half
Drumstick – 1

Beans – 4
Potato – 1
Shallots – 10
Tomato – 1
Chana dal – 1 tbl spoon
Urad dal – 1 tbl spoon
Coriander seeds – 1 ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Pepper – ¼ teaspoon
Dry chilli – 4
Kashmiri chilli – 2
Cinnamon stick – 1
Cloves – 2
Cardamom – 1
Fenugreek – ¼ teaspoon
Sesame seeds – ½ teaspoon
Grated coconut – 3 tbl spoon
Poppy seeds – ½ teaspoon
Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Ghee – 2 teaspoon
Peanuts – 2 tbl spoon
Cashews
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Chopped shallots – 6 to 8
Asafoetida
Curry leaves
Dry chilli – 2
Green chilli – 1
Tamarind juice of amla size
Coriander leaves
Salt
