Bagel Sandwich | बेगल सॅन्डविच | Sandwich Recipes | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

The Bagel Sandwich has a little smoky, raw and spicy-tangy flavours. You will enjoy this symphony of various flavours.



4 bagels
Smoked salmon slices as needed
1 cup cream cheese
Salt to taste
Squashed black peppercorns to taste
10-12 fresh dill sprigs + for scattering
Butter for applying
1 medium English cucumber
1 avocado, vertically cut in half and deseeded
Pickled capers as required
Alfa alfa sprouts as needed
Pickled onion as required


1. Take cream cheese in a bowl. Include salt, crushed black peppercorns, and tear the dill sprigs and include into the bowl and mix till well combined.
2. Horizontally slice the bagels in half.
3. Use some butter on the within the bagel halves.
4. Vertically slice the English cucumber into thin strips.
5. Scoop out the avocado halves and thickly slice it.
6. Heat a non-stick grill pan. Place the bagel halves with the butter side facing down. Grill on high heat for 1-2 minutes.
7. To make the sandwich, position the bottom part of a worktop, apply a few of the cream cheese mix on it and spread it evenly. Organize avocado slices, position some smoked salmon pieces, add a few pickled capers, put some alfa sprouts, arrange a few cucumber pieces and add some marinaded onion pieces.
8. Use some cream cheese mix on one side of the remaining bagel half and sprinkle some dill leaves, place this over the sandwich with the cream cheese side facing down.
9. Serve.
