Bacon Cattle Ranch Cheesy Bread.

Ingredients.

1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese.
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese.
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley.
8 pieces bacon, partly cooked and chopped.
2 green onions, white parts thinly sliced, green parts very finely sliced and reserved separately for garnish.
1 round craftsmen or sourdough loaf.
1 stick (8 tablespoons) salted butter, melted.
2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix.

Instructions.

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Put the Monterey Jack, Cheddar, parsley, bacon and onion whites in a bowl and blend well.

Cut the bread in strips in one direction, taking care not to cut all the method through the loaf. Rotate the bread 90 degrees and cut in the other instructions to create small squares throughout the top of the loaf. Move gradually and utilize care. Location the bread on a big sheet of aluminum foil.

Stuff the cheese mix in between the rows of squares. Mix the melted butter and ranch dressing, then drizzle over the top. Wrap the loaf in the foil and bake for 25 minutes. Open the foil and continue to bake till heated up through and the cheese is melted and bubbly, another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with the onion greens and serve immediately.
