Tbh Gordon Ramsay’s Hells Kitchen in Vegas did not live up to its expectations and for the price of the dinner I damn near almost had a heart attack never again will I eat somewhere like that just because it has Gordon’s name doesn’t mean the food is always gonna be top notch and tbh salt bae’s restaurant was better lol

Clemenza – 40 mistakes, 8 service mistakes (delayed in preparation and burnt crostinis, talked over the order, flambéed too high, communication, movement, raw fish on pass)
Dana – 14 service mistakes (delay on the scallops, overcooked scallops delayed the risotto, longer delay on the scallops, fish wasn’t sealed and wanted to take it to the pass, wanted to argue with Christina, overcooked fish in the window and I didn’t want to cook it all new, raw pork on the last table and they had to redo it)
Royce – 11 service mistakes (dumplings were cold at the pass, they were late, dumplings came back dry and it was even more late, fish was cold, Justin sent back another dish of his, raw fish again at the pass)

This whole season just proved that having a level head, distancing yourself from the drama, being confident in your talent, being talented and humble truly do go a long way. Christina deserved it plenty of times over
