You can also coat your fish in dried parsley and chinese five spice. But check if the five spice has salt in it. If it doesn’t, then you’ll need to add a tiny pinch on each side of the fish.
I had an olive oil spray when i was making this baked salmon fish. It helps.
Salmon gets tough really fast, so you will have to learn its cooking time by trial and error. Factors like thickness will also affect cooking time.
