Ginger garlic paste – ½ teaspoon
Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Ghee – 2 tbl spoon
Bay leaf
Cinnamon stick
Cardamom – 1
Cloves – 2
Turmeric powder
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
Cumin powder – ½ teaspoon
Salt
Kasuri methi – 1 teaspoon
