ओट्स वॉफल | Oats Waffle | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Waffle made using oats and topped with fruits and sprinkled with Maple syrup, is a lovely and delicious dish, not to forget the health advantages too. It is a must attempt dish!

OATS WAFFLE

Components

3 cups oats
2 1/2 cups milk
4 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp powder
1 tsp soda
1/2 cup great brown sugar
2tsp vanilla essence
4 tablespoons butter, melted + for greasing
2 bananas, diagonally sliced for garnish
4-5 strawberries cut into wedges for garnish
Maple syrup for sprinkling
Toasted flax seeds for garnish

Method

1. Take milk in bowl, add apple cider vinegar mix well, and reserved.
2. In a mixer jar include oats, and grind into a great powder, move the powder into a bowl
3. Add baking powder, baking soda, and fine brown sugar mix well, include milk mixture, and mix till well combine.
4. Include the vanilla essence and melted butter mix well and set aside for 8-10 minutes.
5. Grease the waffle device with butter. Pour the part of batter spread equally. Close and till it's done.
6. Get rid of the waffle on a work top, cut waffle into triangles.
7. For serving set up waffle on a serving plate, position the banana slices, and strawberry wedges.
8. Sprinkle some maple syrup, toasted flax seeds and serve
