  6. Going to try the fritters tonight…but I’m also adding some shredded crab meat to the batter…plus a side salad…yum!

    1. They turned out great.. I used the same recipe and did not cut back or add any additional milk or water…. I drained the fluid from crabmeat very well…then added it to the fritter mix.

  9. I love Martha. The best onion rings I’ve ever had was from Martin’s. Martins is only in the greater Atlanta area in Georgia.

  10. If your shiittake mushrooms have thick stem; pluck out of the cap, cut off the dirt end, then peel off the skin discard and shred the white inner part into threads and add to soups or dice for ragu. Waste not.
