Years ago when Woolworth was open in Montreal I would have a grilled cheese with a salad on the side with a glass of milk. It was an economical lunch for a working girl.

I think people misunderstood.What Shania was saying. She never said that hot chocolate and grilled cheese were eaten together. She was saying that both of those food items are very popular in Canada.
