I watched an episode of Julia Child and Jacques Pepin cook shrimp..and he said he leaves the “vein” in it. The look Julia gave him..like he was outta his mind. Of course she had to remind him that her shrimp won’t be “gritty” 😉
WOW! I just love this recipe and can’t wait to try. After traveling to Australia, haven’t found shrimp as large, but will keep looking!
