    1. While it depends on the type of rice, that appears to be longer grain like basmati or jasmine so half a cup of rice to a cup of water. That ratio is also usually on the package as well as cooking and covered resting time.

    2. @Nopee906no it’s usually double the water for rice. She’s using long grain rice so about half a cup. Rice gets bigger with water. If you do one full cup of rice then you add two cups of water. That’s the ratio
