If you live in places where there’s no water drought problems it’s not a big issue….water eventually runs off into rivers and gets recycled…..Martha lives in upstate New York and water is plentiful there….now if it was California then yeah that’s a bit different….

How do we do it without Martha’s expensive rice cooker?
There’s more affordable ones too you know…..but typically the higher end products often give higher end results and quality…..
if no rice cooker use a pot it works the same way u just gotta keep an eye on it its the same generally comes out fluffy too my mom uses a stove to make her rice
