    1. @donnailich7484 I just use whatever I can get. I think MS used a chuck roast. The main thing is to slow cook it under it’s tender. So yummy. Doing it tonight for Christmas Eve!

    2. Browning the meat has to be done at a high temperature. Olive oil has a low smoking temp that forms oxidation and transfat, better to use another oil with higher smoking temperature!?
