  2. For the Tortilla soup, I always brown my onions because I want that extra flavor of caramelization. It is SOOOO delicious that way…. at least to me🥰🥰🥰🥰

  6. So what do you do with the ground chicken that is used to clarify the chicken stock? It seems obscene to just throw it away- but I cant imagine what you’d do with it besides giving it to the dog. Martha, we demand answers!
