HERB BHUJIYA.
Active ingredients.
Dried mixed herbs for sprinkling.
3 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and grated.
1 tsp red chilli powder.
1 tsp garam masala powder.
1/2 tsp dried mint leaves.
1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing).
Salt to taste.
1 1/2 cups gram flour (besan).
Oil for deep frying.
Approach.
1. On a parat, include potatoes, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, dried mint leaves and asafoetida. Include salt, gram flour and mix well. Knead to soft dough.
2. Heat adequate oil in a kadai. On the other hand, grease the sev press utilizing oil and fill the ready mixture into it.
3. Extract strips directly into the hot oil and deep fry till golden and crisp. Drain pipes on an absorbent paper.
4. Crush the ready bhujia and spray dried combined herbs. Shop in an air tight container or work as needed.
5. Shop in an air tight container or function as required.
