Delicious chicken fajita tacos are seriously tasty. Spicy, scorched chicken in crispy tacos are a fast snack or meal when all you want to do is unwind and that's what Sundays are for.

CHICKEN FAJITA TACOS

Active ingredients

250 grams boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
4 readymade improved flour tortillas
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tsps paprika powder
2 tsps cumin powder
1 1/2 tbsps garlic paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsps olive oil
1 medium white onion, heavily sliced
1/2 medium green capsicum, seeded and thickly sliced
1/2 medium yellow capsicum, seeded and thickly sliced
Assorted lettuce leaves as needed
Sour cream to drizzle
Readymade salsa as needed
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Approach

1. Cut the tortillas into small roundels utilizing a cookie cutter. Utilize the leftovers to make nachos.
2. Heat a nonstick tawa. Place the cut roundels and roast on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.
3. Put on a rolling pin and hold for a minute so regarding retain the shape.
4. Take chicken in a bowl. Include salt, black pepper powder, dried oregano, paprika powder, cumin powder, garlic paste, lemon juice and blend well. Reserve to marinade for 10-15 minutes.
5. Heat olive oil in a nonstick wok. Include the marinated chicken and sauté on high heat for 3-4 minutes.
6. Add onion, green capsicum, yellow capsicum and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.
7. Line the prepared tacos with lettuce leaves and things the ready chicken stuffing.
8. Drizzle sour cream on the top and include some salsa on top.
9. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
