Feta , yogurt, lemon zest and juice, salt pepper to tour own taste , pine nuts ,sumac , black sesame, mint ,parsley in that order on top of what looks like grilled toast of choice( yes grilled it gives it a different taste when you olive oil and grill sour dough or white breads in general , can be done on a grated cast iron if you done have a grill ) . Itβs all to your own taste as far as how much of each ingredient thatβs the beauty of cooking . Obviously this doesnβt apply to baking π .

Why would you add more salt to feta?

Why wouldnβt you mix the feta with the salt, pepper, and lemon all at once? You could skip the extra step of seasoning it and mixing it in π
