UTTAPAM CHEESE SANDWICH
Ingredients
Dosa batter as needed
Cheese pieces as required
Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread as required
Sliced onions to sprinkle
Chopped tomatoes to spray
Gun powder (molagapodi) to spray
Sliced fresh coriander delegates spray
Readymade aloo sabzi as required
Method
1. Heat a nonstick tawa. Spread little spoonful of dosa batter.
2. Sprinkle onions, tomatoes and gun powder and coriander leaves on top.
3. Prepare on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
4. Flip and cook on opposite for 2-3 minutes.
5. Apply Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread on the surface and turn once again.
6. Transfer on a worktop, use some more Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread on half the uttapams.
7. Spread aloo sabzi and place a slice of cheese on each uttapam. Cover with staying uttapams and serve.
