  1. Hello Jamie Oliver.

Always loved your videos and would love to meet you in person to eat your cooking.

    Keep it up 👍 ❤
    Love from Singapore 🇸🇬

    1. Jamie says he would totally be okay with that. Would you like to provide your contact details for us please?

      Jk😅

  2. And to save time use your pressure cooker, according to the directions. My estimate is about 45 minutes for that sized lamb roast to achieve fork tender. Save all the delicious juices. I use a ladle of juice on potatoes or pasta. The cooked lamb can be browned under the broiler if you want that texture. Waste not want not.

    1. Oh how I wish I had the nerve to give JO cooking advice. Tell me, what does that feel like..?

    2. @@paulstanley3612 Any good chef is constantly learning. If you stop growing you are dying, especially in the restaurant business. It’s why so many great chefs have to eventually close up shop.

  3. Jamie takes rage engagement to a new level putting the olive oil next to the oven

  4. This would be a good time to repuload your lamb curry song. We need that catchy ear worm in 4k.

    1. Tumeric doesn’t really add much more than a bit of color. Cumin is always the prominent spice in most Indian curries.

  6. Thanks so much for the great recipe!
    Warm greetings from Belgrade👌❤️

  7. This looks so yummy. It would be great if your team could leave a direct link to the recipe as well 😊❤🐑 🍽️

  8. Looks like recipe is inspired by Kerala style cooking, and also all the sides there pappadoms, banana chips and the star shaped cracker we call here as achappom.

    1. Well one minute complaining about losing English culture then next minute losing a great British tradition namely by losing a Sunday roast lamb for a curried lamb

  9. Hai Jamie, I am from Kerala. I found our Kerala snacks banana chips, achappam and pappad in your plate. Very lovely to see that. And the dish is just similar to our coconut milk curry. And the mustard and curry leaves. Just awsome maan. 🤩🤩

    1. You don’t know anything about cooking Kerala dishes. Just about everything he did was wrong. He put whole mustard seeds into the sauce. No one in India does that. You heat oil to high temperature add mustard seeds so it immediately splutter then add your onions and curry leaves. Dude Jamie Oliver is who he is because of people like you. Did you try to do one of his recipes exactly like he does? No. If you did it’s nothing like your Kerala food.

  10. There is no end to his talent absolutely brilliant again by the master chef .!
