I think that is a conditioned response. It is encouraged in some workplaces to generate fear by being in front on everyone on the block. The problem is that is bounces back to if you arent on the block, you get too loose with the lips.
Gordon Ramsey is my inspiration for being a chef and cooking and one day I want to be on his show and he will always be my favourite chef and only one that is my inspiration.
