  1. God I miss Hotel Hell and Kitchen Nightmares, I really wish he would do another series like those or just continue one of them. I’ve seen every episode from both at least 4 times each now, some of them more than that.

  3. The level of EGO UNCHECKED staggers the mind, part owner indifference, part staff intransigence, but always too late to change the outcome.

    1. Indeed it is the case like when Chef Gordon said to the Owner ‘What, pray, is the purpose of this foolishness?’ And the response was ‘A poke up the backside with a Chef’s Rod’.

    1. When a cook is inexperienced or not confident in their dishes, the plate gets SATURATED with Brand Name, Store Bought Sauces.

    That says it all.

    1. I can’t believe these people can’t fix their issues just by watching the previous episodes. It’s always the same things. Frozen food, too many dishes on the menu, lack of organization and hygiene, bad interior decoration, bad communication, etc

  9. If boxed wine is the “good wine” I’d hate to see what the “bad wine” is

    1. So weird to watch this today – my BF doesn’t drink but I do. Yesterday he brought me home a boxed wine that was on sale for $17 – 34 glasses! And it’s the same freaking brand as the one she’s using, Vella 😂. I appreciated the gesture but I was like what the hell is this stuff? I’m not above boxed wine but I’ve never even heard of the “vineyard” or “brand” or whatever it is

  11. How could every single dish look so revolting? How could the owners, managers, etc., not realize how bad the food is? Got to be pure self-deception.
