Strawberry Daiquiri Bites.

Level: Easy.
Total: 6 hr 15 min (consists of soaking time).
Active: 15 minutes.
Yield: 15 to 20 strawberries.
Components.
1 1/4 cups light rum.
1/4 cup lime juice.
1 quart medium strawberries, with stems.
1 cup granulated sugar.
Directions.
Stir the rum and lime juice together in a large determining cup. Poke the strawberries all over with a toothpick. Nestle them stem-side up in a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan, wedging them together as much as possible so they stand upright. Put the rum mix over the top and refrigerate for at least 6 hours and as much as overnight.
Drain pipes the rum mix and conserve to turn into a beverage (see Cook's Note). Put the sugar on a plate and roll the strawberries in it to coat. Transfer to a serving platter and serve instantly.
Cook's Note.
To turn the leftover rum mix into a beverage: Add the rum liquid to a pitcher with ice and blend with 1/2 cup simple syrup (or to taste), 2 cups of water, a couple of sprigs of mint and some lime slices.

How much rum? How much lime juice? You’re the food network, the least you could do is put out useful videos, this is the type of half baked TikTok video I expect from some lame 5 min hack video. You know the kind of recipe you can never replicate. How about instead of following the trends, you use your brand and make them your own. You already took the time to add captions, how much more difficult would it have been to add the amounts of the ingredients? #dissapointing
