Active ingredients
3 tablespoons thick pushed rice (jada poha/ rice flakes).
6 boneless fish fillets.
1 tsp red chilli sauce.
2 tsps ginger-garlic paste.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
7-8 fresh basil leaves.
1 egg.
Salt to taste.
Approach.
1. Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
2. Combine fish, chilli sauce, ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice in bowl. Mix well and set aside for 5-10 minutes.
3. Carefully slice basil leaves.
4. Add pushed rice, basil leaves and egg to the fish. Mix well and set aside for 5 minutes.
5. Place marinated fish in a baking meal and cook in the preheated oven for 5 minutes. Drizzle a little oil and cook in the oven for 5 minutes more.
6. Serve hot.
