    I’m a big fan of your work since many years ago, I love youe passion for the food, and now that I’m living in England I’m always super excited when I see something yours, I even have rhubarb in the garden so I’m definitely trying this one.
    I’m vegetarian and always cook vegan, this recipe is easily veganisable? Haha.

  10. I can recomment to also add some strawberries to this. Rhubarb & Strawberry cake is a very common thing in Germany.
