Asafoetida.

Kashmiri chilli 5 (optional).
Coconut 2 tbl spoon.
Small piece of tamarind.
Salt.
Oil 1 tbl spoon.
Mustard 1/2 teaspoon.
Urad dal 1/2 teaspoon.
Curry leaves.
