PYAAZ IMLI KI CHUTNEY
Components
1/4 cup tamarind pulp
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
Salt to taste
1 1/2 tbsps powdered sugar
Readymade chole to serve
Readymade aloo kulche to serve
Method
1. Integrate tamarind pulp, onion, coriander, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, salt, powdered sugar, and 1/2 cup water in a bowl. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve with chole and aloo kulche.
