Jamie, I love your straight forward cooking demonstrations. You don’t over complicate, thank you for that. I do hope you look at these messages because I have a question. I came across an image of what looks to be either fruit pies &/or meat pies. They were in what appears to be ceramic baking dishes that are small enough that a simple fork is laid on top & seems to be just that right size. These baking dishes (for lack of a better word), are white ceramic with a blue trim to them. My grandmother used to have some. I’m trying to find where they might be purchased or even what the proper name is for them… *fingers crossed you answer
