An easy-peasy, no-preservative peach preparation. This no-fail recipe is a should when peaches remain in season.
3 peaches, peeled, deseeded, and sliced
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1. Put the peaches in a mixer jar and blend to a fine paste. Transfer this in a non-stick pan. Sugarcoat, mix and cook till sugar melts. Continue to cook till mix thickens.
2. Change the heat off and add lemon juice and mix till well combined. Take the pan off the heat and allow the jam to cool entirely.
3. Transfer into an air tight container and usage as required.
