Active ingredients

400 grams home cheese (paneer).
4 rotis.
1 medium onion.
2 tablespoons oil.
1/2 medium capsicum.
Salt to taste.
1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
1/2 tsp garam masala powder.
1 tsp chaat masala.
1 tbsp tomato catsup.
Assorted lettuce leaves as needed.

Method.

1. Slice onion. Heat oil in a shallow nonstick pan. Add onion and sauté till clear.
2. Slice capsicum very finely and contribute to the pan. Sauté for a minute.
3. Cut cottage cheese into little pieces and contribute to the pan.
4. Include salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala, tomato catsup and blend well.
