Nashville Fried Chicken | घर पर बनाये आसानी से फ्राइड चिकन | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Juicy and crispy, fried Nashville Fried Chicken is great to chomp on during Hollywood flicks or game sessions.

NASHVILLE FRIED CHICKEN

Components

4 chicken thighs
2 eggs
2 cups thick buttermilk
1 1/2 cups improved flour (maida).
1/2 cup butter.
Oil for deep frying.
White bread slices to serve.
Pickled gherkin pieces to serve.
Spice mix.
3 tablespoons onion powder.
3 tablespoons garlic powder.
1 tbsp crushed black peppercorns.
1 tablespoon paprika powder.
3 tablespoons cayenne pepper powder.
Salt to taste.

Components.

1. Mix onion powder, garlic powder, crushed black peppercorns, paprika powder, cayenne pepper powder and salt in a bowl.
2. Take chicken thighs in a large bowl, break in the eggs and blend well. Add 3-4 tablespoons of the spice mix and rub the mix well on the sides of the chicken thighs. Reserve for 10 minutes.
3. Add the chicken into the buttermilk and mix well. Refrigerate the mix for 3-4 hours to marinade.
4. Take fine-tuned flour in a large plate, add 2-3 tbsps spice mix and blend well.
5. To make the sauce, heat butter in a deep pan. Let it melt. Add the remaining spice mix and cook for 30 seconds. Switch the heat off.
6. Coat the chicken pieces with the flour mix till well coated on all sides.
7. Heat enough oil in a kadai. Carefully slide in the chicken pieces a couple of at a time and deep fry on medium heat till golden brown and crisp. Drain pipes on a cake rack.
8. Sprinkle the sauce over each fried chicken thigh on each side.
9. Serve the fried chicken with white bread slices and gherkin slices.
