MILLET RAW BANANA CUTLET.

Ingredients.

1/2 cup prepared barnyard millet (samo).
2 boiled raw bananas, peeled.
1 medium onion, sliced.
1/2 cup grated beetroot.
1/4 cup grated carrot.
2-3 green chillies, chopped.
1/2 tsp fennel (saunf) powder.
1/4 tsp dry mango powder (amchur).
1/4 cup crushed roasted peanuts.
3 tablespoons sliced fresh coriander leaves.
1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
Salt to taste.
3/4 tsp Tata Sampann Cooking area King Masala.
Oil for shallow frying.
Green chutney to serve.

Approach.

1. Take boiled raw bananas in a large bowl and mash them with a masher. Add prepared millet and mash well.
2. Include beetroot, carrot, green chillies, fennel powder, dry mango powder, crushed roasted peanuts, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and Tata Sampann Kitchen Area King Masala and combine with your hand till well integrated.
3. To make the cutlets, take a portion of the mix and shape it into a ball and somewhat flatten to make a cutlet.
4. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan.
5. Location the cutlets in the hot oil and shallow fry on both sides till golden brown. Drain on an absorbent paper.
6. Organize the cutlets on a serving plate and serve hot with green chutney.
