Masha-Allah! This is an amazing cake Sister Amna, though I just wanted to let you know that gelatin and gelatin powder is haram in case you were not aware. Gelatin contains pork deprived from pigs, which are haram. Some types of gelatin are halal friendly so if you are using halal friendly gelatin then it’s good. I just wanted to let you know in case you didn’t know that gelatin is haram.
There are some that aee halal too.. gelatin also is made from beef and in uk we get halal gelatein..
