The tantalising taste of Mango– the King of Summer Season Fruits and the rejuvenating sweet tones of Coconut, combined with the luscious texture of velvety Chocolate! MANGO COCONUT CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups unsweetened mango pulp
1 cup coconut milk
160 grams Sugarfree Dark Chocolate
1 cup unsweetened milk powder
2-3 tbsps toasted dried coconut slices + for garnish
13 procedures Sugar Free Green

Approach

1. Heat water in a deep nonstick pan. Keep a glass bowl over the pan. Break chocolate into pieces and contribute to the bowl. Allow to melt
2. Take mango pulp in a bowl. Include coconut milk, milk powder and whisk well.
3. Add coconut slices, Sugar Free Green and mix well.
4. Transfer the mango mix in an air tight container, sprinkle the melted chocolate over and mix gently with a wood stick to produce marble impact.
5. Sprinkle toasted coconut slices, close the cover and freeze for 6-8 hours.
6. Scoop and serve chilled.
