In a cosy log cabin, accompanied by his best friend and mentor Gennaro Contaldo, Jamie will formulate an impressive meal for Christmas Day; taking the very best of a conventional Christmas Dinner – the turkey and all the trimmings – and providing it extra sparkle utilizing amazing Italian concepts to create something truly wonderful.

And they'll find out how the Italians celebrate, taking part with the joyful activities before sharing their Anglo-Italian feast with the town.

Jamie's Italian inspired menu kicks off with incredible homemade cracker ravioli and a pink peppercorn infused Negroni. He'll be formulating 2 roasts … the classic turkey with an Italian spin, along with Italy's stuffed pork Christmas showstopper, porchetta. Plus all the trimmings; Italian design veg, deep rich gravy and sticky balsamic roast potatoes. And obviously, an indulgent glamorous dessert to top everything off, with Jamie's joyful tiramisu.
