  1. What a joyous celebration – only disappointment was that I wasn’t there. Fantastic!❤❤

  2. I would not have thought to go to Georgia as a holiday but after many visits setting up their TV rating system some years ago I got to love the place. Amazing people awesome food excellent hospitality. I’m British of Turk origin so I saw some similar types of dishes but nice variations. I did enjoy our meals and tasting their excellent wines. They even treated me one evening to a meal out that included Sturgeon I have never tasted that before.

  3. thanks for paying respect to our culture Jamie! as a Georgian, over the years you get accustomed to “saving space in stomach” and eating small bits in the beginning 😂 cause we know good things keep coming and supra gets better as it progresses 😊

  4. As a Ukrainian I can say that Georgian cuisine is the best in the world. I like some Middle Eastern, Latin American and Italian dishes, but it’s only Georgian cuisine which I like everything in it, every dish is a masterpiece. It’s the most underrated cuisine (and the most ancient in Europe I suppose) and hopefully world will know more about it soon, as good as we already know it. You can’t go a mile in Kyiv without finding a Georgian restaurant or a street shop with their traditional bakery and we love it!

    1. Imagine how good Ukrainian food would be if you embraced other cultures and there wasn’t racism.

    2. And as a Georgian I can say that nothing heals hangover better then Ukrainian dishes after Georgian supra. Slava Ukraine, Slava ZSU!

  5. Jamie, what a spectacular feast! The way you bring the flavors of Georgia to the kitchen is simply incredible. Each dish looks like a work of culinary art! Thank you for sharing this feast for the eyes and the palate. 👏🍴

  6. And this is just East Georgia, but the jewels of Georgian cuisine is in West Georgia. You will be really amazed in west Georgia.

    1. @@djoetmaI disagree, but then again east Georgia has Khinkali so I get where you’re coming from

  7. What an amazing treat to see and learn about this traditional life, the food looked absolutely delicious with plenty of variety and prepared with so much love. I love pomegranate juice and drink it regularly so I will now be adding it to my lamb chops, herbs and veggies from now on. Family gatherings and meals together are so important, these traditions are sadly fading in todays world. Well dine Jamie and friends in Georgia 💕🇦🇺

  8. Thank you Jamie for visiting to Georgia and introducing our small country to the big world <3

  9. I just came across Georgian cuisine s few years ago. As a vegan, I was super surprised of how many dishes there are which are traditionally vegan/vegetarian. Plus: I think a lot of the delicious food tastes really unique, it doesn’t happen that often anymore that I experience tastes that are totally new (to me).
