  1. This is why I hate the fools who say you can’t cook other cultures food. All cultures take and give from other cultures and we all grow with amazing new meals. Imagine Britain without Chinese or Indian recipes / flavours? No thank you, I love British home cook food but mixing it up only makes things better.

    1. @aaron hazley I’m not Desi, and most of my “home traditions” are based on Nagaland, Darjeeling and Nepali food, which is very minimal of masala spices. But I would say that there is probably lots of interesting things you’ll find. Hope you have a good safe trip, and have fun!

    3. You dare say that when he completely butchered my country’s Thai curry recipe. Did every step wrong he didn’t even know what he was doing. It’s like making French fries out of carrots. This “chef” is a complete embarrassment.
