Isn’t this awfully salty? I am not one of those anti-salt people, but this really seems over the top.
Try adding water instead of pepper juice
It’s not too salty at all.
@Strait_fan I thought that maybe using salt free butter and salt free bullion instead of the au jus might work. The thought of making this as is and creating something inedible would be such a waste. Salt can always be added later, if needed.
