    P. S. My mother in law doesn’t like bananas, so she makes the exact same recipe but uses strawberries instead.. it’s good too, but banana is my favorite 🤩

    *my meringue, I use the whites, little cream of tartar and sugar and I put it in the broiler for just few secs to slightly brown the meringue just a tad bit👌
