  1. This arrives when I have a wide variety of potatoes on hand. Taste test time.

  2. Until you slip and shoestring your thumb. And you will never be able to “peel” the whole potato when you get to the stub. There are better slicers which don’t involve your fingers getting in the way of the blade.
