Hello from Bangalore. I was looking for a simple way to include banana stem into my diet on a regular basis. Though I try and make its Sabzi with moong dal and sometimes take its juice with buttermilk etc, I had never thought of making a soup from it.
Thank you. I know by straining it we are throwing away so much fibre, but in the soup it would not be convenient to eat.
Is there any way that I can use the strained fibre? Like to make cutlets or such? I will try it and see. If you know how else to use it please let me know.
Thank you for the very nice recipe.
Mam pls put recipe for mint chutney for bread omlette and sandwitches
