Ingredients
Oil – 2 tbl spoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Chopped garlic cloves – 3
Chopped ginger – 1 teaspoon
Green chilli – 1
Onion – 1
Curry leaves
Tomato – 1
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder – ¾ teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Pinch of garam masala
Salt
Carrot – Half
Beans – 5
Green peas
Overnight soaked pearl millet (Kambu) – ½ cup
1 hour soaked moong dal – ¼ cup
Water – 2½ cup (approx. 600 to 700 ml)
Coriander leaves
Ghee – 1 tbl spoon
