Healthy Breakfast Recipe/ Broken Wheat Pongal/ Wheat Rava Pongal

Ingredients
Ghee– 2 tbl spoon
Pepper– 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds– 3/4 teaspoon
Cashews
Sliced ginger– 1 tbl spoon
Green chilli– 1
Curry leaves
Asafoetida
Damaged wheat– 1 cup
1 hour drenched moong dal– 1/4 cup (50 grams).
Turmeric powder.
Water– 3 1/2 cup.
Salt.
