HARE PYAAZ KA PARANTHA

Ingredients

1 cup sliced spring onion bulbs
3 cups sliced spring onion greens
2 cups whole wheat flour + for cleaning
4 tsps sliced ginger
6 green chillies, chopped
2 tbsps sliced garlic
Salt to taste
4 tablespoons oil
Ghee for cooking
Pickle for serving
Yogurt for serving

Method

1. Take spring onion bulbs and greens in a bowl. Add ginger, green chillies, garlic, salt and blend well. Include whole wheat flour and oil and blend well.
2. Include 1/2 cup water and knead to stiff dough. Cover with a wet muslin fabric and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll into balls. Dust some entire wheat flour on the surface and roll out the dough parts into thick disks.
4. Heat a nonstick tawa. Location the ready parantha and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
5. Flip and drizzle some ghee and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes more. Drizzle some more ghee and cook on high heat till golden brown specs appear on both the sides and the paranthas are crisp.
6. Serve hot with pickle and yogurt.
