    1. So you must love McDonald’s and a cookie McDonald’s must be a chef Is since you like frozen and preprocess stuff

  2. Fusion food is divisive among professional chefs. Frankly, it’s a great creative opportunity!

    1. Fusion food is the best food. How could it be bad at all to mix the best foods from different cultures?

  3. Been in Cleveland since 82 and I’ve never heard of this place at all. I’m gonna have to try it, food looks good and the chef was great.

  4. The most authentic chef they’ve had on this show. Almost all chefs look like they came off a weekend bender everyday

  5. The fact that Guy didn’t let him put the eggs on there is an abomination to not only every loco moco and the state of Hawaii, but to Cleveland as well 😛

    1. Food should be eaten the way you enjoy it. He knew guy does not like eggs so he left them out. Any good chef can make you a meal. A fantastic chef makes the meal the way you like it. The cameras might also have a roll in it 😉

  6. I know Guy doesn’t like eggs but then why would you feature a dish that’s so iconic largely in part because of the egg

  7. In spite of his appearance I really admire this chef for his enthusiasm and self confidence he has.

  8. That chef was standing by the grace of God because he was astronomically baked, man.

He probably took 8 high dosed edibles and somehow made this dish by sheer luck.
