Gobi Peas Fry

Ingredients
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Pepper – ¾ teaspoon
Cloves – 2
Cinnamon stick
Coconut – 2 tbl spoon
Kasuri methi – ½ teaspoon
Garlic cloves – 5
Ginger
Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Cauliflower – 250 grams (soaked in hot water for 5 mins)
Fresh green peas – ½ cup
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Salt
Coriander leaves
