Curd – 2 tbl spoon
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbl spoon
Basmati rice – ½ Kg
Oil – 100 ml
Onion – 3
Chicken fried oil – 3 tbl spoon
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbl spoon
Green chilli – 2
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Biryani masala – 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder – ½ teaspoon
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Curd – ½ cup
Water – 10 cups
Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Bay leaf – 2
Cinnamon stick
Cloves – 5
Cardamom – 3
Salt
Saffron water – 2 tbl spoon
Few mint & coriander leaves
